As the Managing Partner, Mr. Perez drives the overall strategic direction of the business including defining Republic One Capital go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
In his capacity as Managing Partner, he oversees credit underwriting, structuring and portfolio management as well as guiding the groups balance sheet strategy.
Tim as Republic One Capitals President is responsible for managing the credit structuring and monitoring of ROC’s asset portfolio. Additionally, he contributes to the product development roadmap and transaction sourcing efforts.
Tim is a market expert and forms part of the research team at ROC. He has previous experience in management consulting in Silicon Valley where he worked with the founders of Network Alchemy (Nokia Acquisition) and Transmeta (NASDAQ IPO). Extensive experience with startup companies. MFA/MBA
Greg is Republic One Capital Chief Technology Officer. Greg began his career with Oracle, building O-Sql (Oracle 11). Co-founded 5 companies (all with exits). Extensive experience building large, scalable systems. Greg has triple PhD’s degrees in Astrophysics, Computer Science and Mathematics.
Zain is the Co-Founder & CEO at Citizen.VC, a venture focused FinTech startup and early-stage investor built and backed by top names in Silicon Valley and Wall Street. He has been one of the early employees at Google where he was the first one running International Business Operations and grew Google Corporate IT from 35 employees in 1 office to 10,000+ employees in 20 offices across the world. During his tenure, he created processors and best practices that are currently applied by top Silicon Valley players like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Since founding OZ Ventures in 2005 and prior to Citizen.VC, he invested into 50 startups. Currently, he’s on the Board of Directors or Advisor to 5 startups.
